AMENDMENT OF RULES
ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL
-
The academic year begins in April and ends in March. Boys and girls who have completed the age of three as on 1st April will be admitted to the Nursery class. A corresponding age limit is set for the next classes.
-
Except beginners, students before being admitted must pass a test in CORE SUBJECTS. If a student had attended any other school he/she must produce a Transfer Certificate from that school.
-
For nursery and LKG students it is compulsory to attach the attested photocopy of the birth certificate from the Municipality or Panchayath records. No changes will be made in the date of birth and other information which is submitted in the school at the time of admission. Parents must see that they fill in the details of their ward correctly in the application and admission forms.
-
A student after passing class X, if wanting to continue his/her studies in this institution, should fill up new admission forms for further studies at the plus two stage.
-
The School has Science and Commerce faculties at the Senior Secondary level.
-
In granting admission, besides the academic performance, the conduct of the candidate will also be taken into account.
-
Parents of the selected candidate have to fill in an admission form issued by the Principal. Only then they should deposit the fees.
-
Children are admitted on their own merit. Do not trust any so called agents or middle man. DONATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS WILL LEAD TO THE REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION.
-
The Principal reserves to himself the right of retaining or dismissing students whose attendance is irregular, progress in studies is unsatisfactory, conduct is harmful to others, lack of participation in co-curricular activities or those whose fees are not paid in time. Honesty, cleanliness of person and dress, good manners and loyalty are demanded of each student. Anyone not conforming to the school's ideals in these matters may after due notice to his/her parents be asked to leave. Immorality, grave insubordination and contempt of authority are always sufficient reasons for dismissal.
-
One month's notice is to be given for the withdrawal of a pupil or the fee will be charged.
-
If the name of an absent pupil has, through want of notice, been entered in the Attendance Register for the following month, fees for that month are due, even if his absence continues.
